Sal Vallelonga
Co-Founder, Partner
Sal is a co-founding Partner of Plexus Global Consultants and is a Chartered Accountant of some 24 years standing who holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
Sal specialises in providing corporate advisory, business coaching, strategic planning, business optimisation, taxation, accounting and wealth creation solutions to its SME and emerging growth clients. He also excels in succession planning assisting his business clients, with transitioning their business to family members or preparing their businesses for sale. Sal is a non-executive director of many businesses and has served and continues to serve on many community-based boards and committees.
Sal is extremely proud that the success of the practice has been through its organic growth since its inception. This is due to the great advice and service to clients. Sal has always strived to grow a practice whereby the team behave like a family, with those core values being shared with his client base. No client is too big or small. All clients are treated equally.
Sal is a family man, with nothing more rewarding than spending his spare time with family and friends. He is also a keen fisherman, sharing a tale or two about the one that got away!

Mario Di Vincenzo
Co-Founder, Partner
Mario is a Chartered Accountant and a co-founding Partner of Plexus Global Consultants with over 25 years’ experience in public practice. He is a registered tax agent, self-managed superannuation fund auditor and has extensive experience in taxation, business consulting and business planning.
Mario has a high level of expertise in business structuring, business acquisitions/disposals and taxation planning and assists his clients in implementing innovative and forward-thinking solutions globally. Mario is proactive and committed to achieving his clients’ goals with progressive tax and business strategies, improving processes and implementing best practices. He is devoted to delivering a full range of business consulting services to his clients aimed at achieving their goals and maximising their outcomes.
Mario is also a board member of a not-for-profit organisation and is passionate in providing support for the not-for-profit and charity sectors. During his free time, Mario enjoys spending quality time with his young family, socialising with friends, boating and fishing5

Giuseppe Ottobrino
Partner
Giuseppe graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2007 with a Bachelor of Commerce, is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ) and a registered Tax Agent. He joined the Plexus team in 2007 as one of the firm’s first graduate accountants and has progressed within the organisation to his current role as Partner.
Giuseppe has 17 years experience in providing strategic solutions to a variety of small and medium sized businesses. He has assisted clients with business sales, valuations and advising in the areas of taxation and business structuring. During his time with Plexus Global Consultants Giuseppe has worked closely with clients from a range of different industries including property & construction, engineering, banking & retail.
Away from the desk, Giuseppe spends his time socialising with friends and family, watching and playing a variety of sports, along with the occasional fishing expedition.

Tore Lenzo
Partner
Tore is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ) with a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University. Since joining the Plexus team in 2010, Tore has worked closely with a wide variety of SME clients to help provide solutions to their Business and Taxation needs. Additionally Tore has worked closely with several charity & community-based organisations to assist with their accounting & government reporting requirements.
Taking a keen interest into SMSF’s, Tore assists SMSF Trustees to help manage and meet the annual requirements of SMSF to reduce the regulatory burden. In his free time, Tore is an avid fisherman and enjoys venturing out to try new food hotspots with family and friends.

Riste Zdraveski
Partner
Riste has over 20 years of experience in Public Practice. He is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA), Affiliate of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ), Registered Tax Agent and holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance. Riste has extensive experience in all size clients in the SME sector, having worked closely with clients in industries including manufacturing, construction, farming, aquaculture and retail. Riste joined Plexus Global Consultants in 2015 and became an integral part of the team specialising in tax and business services. Riste has a strong business background and enjoys working closely with his portfolio of clients to assist their business needs and help them succeed with a long-term perspective on matters. In his spare time Riste enjoys being involved in charity events, spending time with his family and engaging in sports with particular interest in football, basketball, martial arts.
